Description: The Quartz Mountain Arts and Conference Center and Nature Park is one of Oklahoma's original state parks. The park features multiple first-come, first serve campground and RV locations, a resort lodge, cabins, and bunkhouse. The park features many recreational and nature activities to include a performing arts complex, hiking trails, a nature center, sand dunes, swimming, fishing, miniature golf, water skiing, and paddle boats. The park also features a large conference center with catering and an 18 hole golf course with driving range.

Description: The Washita Battlefield National Historic Site is located off of Highway 47, just outside of Cheyenne, OK. Admission to the park is free. There are guided trail tours available with reservations.Washita Battlefield is the site of the attack by LTC George Armstrong Custer and his 7th US Cavalry on the Cheyenne encampment of Peace Chief Black Kettle.

Description: Admission to this park is free of cost.The park area is 22 acres of park grounds, and an additional 158 acres of lake. The park has a ropes course, rappelling tower, rock climbing wall, canoe rentals, and a nature trail. In addition there is also picnic areas with grills as well as fishing areas. The park does have camping areas for tent camping and a a few RV sites that are available at a small cost.

Description: Horizon Sands RV Park is located a short 5 minute trip from Altus AFB, and a 20-30 minute drive from Lake Altus-Lugbert, and there is also a city park with a pool and water slides one block away.This park included back-in, pull through and big-rig sites with full-hookups. Horizon Sands has a playground, picnic areas, storm shelter, cable, and free WiFi.Horizon Sands also offers a military discount.

Description: The Camelot Mobile Home Park has both nightly and monthly rates available. In addition to RV sites, the park has tent camping areas available.The park is also equipped with an outdoor swimming pool during the summer months.
